At Wright Parts Direct, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Due to the nature of our fulfilment process and supplier network, returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unused,
- in original condition,
- and returned in original packaging where possible.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected by our fulfilment partner or supplier, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
